Matt has commented on the cover image - is the idea that Wall Street is the primary actor in bringing about the negative world? Or perhaps your main hope in that world is to revive the mainline denominations? Looking forward to the book, congratulations.

Nice! Can I put a plug in for an audiobook version as well. As a pastor I often encourage members to maximize drive time with audiobooks.

Great cover! When I was working on Wall Street, one of my favorite things to do with my lunch break was to sit on a bench in Trinity churchyard and read a book in the presence of Alexander Hamilton and everyone else buried there. It is a quiet green oasis in the heart of the Financial District.
